Incubatetheplatefor1-4hoursintheincubator.
Measuretheabsorbanceat450nmusingamicroplatereader.Tomeasuretheabsorbancelater,add10μlof1%w/vSDSor0.1MHCltoeachwell,covertheplateandstoreitwithprotectionfromlightatroomtemperature.Noabsorbancechangeshouldbeobservedfor24hours.
